Hygiene & safety

We take safety, hygiene and security very seriously. Every session should be safe, respectful and carried out to the highest possible standard. For us, safety, structure and cleanliness are an obvious part of the experience and a necessity for you to be able to relax and enjoy the experience.

 

Hygiene

• The room is thoroughly disinfected both before and after each session.

• All surfaces, furniture and equipment points are cleaned with professional disinfectants.

• Handles, contact points and utensils are treated according to our internal safety procedures.

• All tools that can be disinfected are cleaned with approved hygiene products after each use.

• Equipment made of materials that require special treatment (for example leather or latex) is cared for and cleaned using appropriate cleaning routines.

• We never use the same personal equipment between guests without careful intermediate cleaning or disposable products.

• We wash and disinfect our hands before and after each session, as well as during the session if necessary.

• You as a guest are expected to arrive freshly showered, with clean clothes and good personal hygiene. If you cannot/do not have time to shower beforehand, you may shower with us at the beginning of the session. In that case, that time will be deducted from the session time.

• If special hygiene procedures are required before a session, we will inform you about this in advance.

 

Safety & Security

• We always work based on the principles of security, discretion, consent and clear communication.

• If you have allergies or sensitivities to certain materials, products or scents, it is your responsibility to notify us before your booking.

• All bookings, conversations and sessions are handled with the utmost discretion.

• Your name, your preferences and your experiences are handled with the utmost discretion.

• Our dungeon is discreetly located and lacks revealing signage.

• Entry and exit are as undisturbed as possible, without other guests nearby. However, other people may be in nearby premises but they are not aware of our premises.

• We are happy to adjust times and routines if you need extra anonymity.

• We always adapt the level of the session to your limits, experiences and needs.

• You always have the right to pause or stop a session without having to explain yourself.

• We maintain a stable, safe and non-judgmental atmosphere.

• You are welcome to come as you are, without demands, expectations or judgmental attitudes.

• After the session, you will have the opportunity to relax and calm down before leaving.
